Tim Leakey has served in many roles at Westridge since 1980. He has been involved in education programs from elementary school age through adult, prayer ministries and leading small groups. As Deacon and elder, he has been involved in the lives of families, praying to God for needs and praising God for victories. Coordniating the church's Thanksgiving dinner outreach has been a task he has performed for many years.

Tim is happily married to his wife, Debbie. They have 5 children and 8 grandchildren.

He handles the church's needs and makes sure our church runs smoothly. He is a dedicated leader.

David Hester was confirmed to serve as a Westridge Christian Church's Elder on January 1, 2018. Prior to that, he served as Deacon of Missions. He has been a member here at Westridge for 17 years. He has been involved in many things here, such as Campus Coordinator, Communion talks, Men's ministry and the Pryer ministry.

The attributes that best describe David Hester as a Elder are strong preaching, leadership development and counseling. He expresses a strong desire to lead Westridge Christian Church where biblical views are embraced and encouraged, with members who care about the needs of those aroundthem and whowant to connect others to the body of Christ. David takes worship and preaching very seriously. He spends countless hours studying God's word and is involved in the Prayer group on Wednesday nights. he serves as the elder of Missions. 

He is also the leader of a small group that has been together for several years. As the leader of the small group, he encourages visitors and new people to his groups. He is an encourager, counslor and loving person.

David has been happily married for 11 years to his wife, Tina. They have five children and 8 grandchildren.

Ed Blythe has been currently serving as an elder at Westridge Christian Church since January 2019. Prior to that, he served as an elder from 2014-2017 and as the Deacon of Outreach from 2009-2013.

The attribute that best describes Ed as an elder is a burning passion for discipleship through the study of God's word and life transformation. Ed preaches about half of the Sundays at the church, bringing biblical application to all scripture he preaches on. He enjoys leading a church like Westridge Christian Church where biblical views are embraced and encouraged, with members who care about the needs of those around them, and who want to connect others to the body of Christ.

He has recently graduated from Johnson University, Knoxville, TN. He recieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Ministry Leadership and Bible Theology.

Ed has been happily married for 14 years to his wife, Tammie. They have four children: Estella, Anastasia, Abigail and Elijah.

I have been a member of Westridge Christian Church for 12 years. During this time I have been involved with different ministries. Like nursery, campus coordinator and the Women's ministry and Martha ministry.

I love doing the administration part of the church. It gives me the chance to get to know our congregation better. I also am blessed to be able to assist the Elders in whatever they need. It gives me the ability to help others and to be hospitable to anyone who comes here.

I also enjoy being part of the worship team by running the computer on Sunday mornings.

I have been married to David Hester for 11 years. We have 5 children and 9  grandchildren. I love serving him, our children and grandchildren.

The main thing David and I have in common is the Love of our God and our church.

I have been a member here at Westridge for 15 yrs. 

Besides performing my administrative duties, I enjoy leading worship, praying with our prayer team and running the sound board.

I have been involved with many things here over the years.

I have been married for 43 years. I have 2 children and 1 grandson.

Tammie has been a member of Westridge Christian Church for 14 years.  She has enjoyed serving the church during this time.

She has a passion for Biblical literacy, and strives to bring that passion into any ministry she's working with.

Tammie has been happily married for 14 years to her husband, Ed, and has four children.
